Many UK suppliers sit at two extremes — stockists or industrial volumes

Generic stock mailers rarely deliver brand-grade presentation. High-volume industrial suppliers can be built for a different buying motion than growing ecommerce brands.

Zero Pack is positioned for UK ecommerce brands that want factory-direct style custom compostable mailers with practical MOQs — typically from around 2,000 units — and quote guidance that respects certification language.

  • Quote guidance is often possible within 48 hours where operationally possible.
  • Tiered pricing can be discussed at common breakpoints such as 2k, 5k, 10k and 25k where applicable.
  • UK delivery details are confirmed in the quote.

Certification and compostability education

UK teams often need to reconcile customer-facing compostability language with real-world disposal routes. Where industrial composting access is limited, home compostability can be more practical — but only when supported by the right documentation for the exact product specification.

AS5810 is an Australian home compostability standard framework often referenced in supplier documentation for strict home composting tests. Any claim on your own packaging must match the documentation for the SKU you purchase.

  • Avoid vague biodegradable language without definition.
  • Separate industrial vs home composting routes when explaining options.
  • Use certification claims only where supportable for the exact specification purchased.
